92. Rurouni Kenshin - Seisouhen

Seisouhen can be roughly translated as the passing of years. The story indeed starts many years after Kenshin had put down his sakaba sword and decided to settle down. Other regular characters, such as Yahiko, who has grown into adulthood, also make their appearances.

Kenshin and Kaoru have married and have a son named Kenji. Unfortunately, peace does not last long. Kenshin once again has to answer the call to defend the peace of Japan.

While Kaoru awaits his return, she recalls scenes from her memories: her first meeting with Kenshin, and all of their past adventures. Kaoru waits, and waits, for her beloved Kenshin... but it looks like he might not be return.
